超级简单的玛格丽特饼干
说实话,我不太喜欢做饼干,是因为做法太简单,找不到成就感。这么说是不是欠抽啊?哈哈!其实我刚开始烘焙也是做各种各样的饼干,然后慢慢加难度,尝试做戚风啊,泡芙啥滴。有些心急的童鞋啥都不懂时就开始攻土司、戚风,结果土司做成馒头,戚风做成饼子,还自我安慰说因为我没加添加剂,或者说没有高低筋面粉,才做成这样子滴。然后因为口感不好自己很快就放弃了,白瞎了那么贵的烤箱、模具啦!所以说,新手上路从饼干开始做,你的烘焙路才能走得更长远,这是真的哦。
今天要做的这款饼干配方简单,做法简单,口感酥酥的,非常适合小朋友和牙口不好的老朋友吃。

Steps to make 超级简单的玛格丽特饼干

  • 1.蛋黄搓成碎末。我放保鲜袋里搓的,也可以用筛网搓。黄油软化,加糖打发,用电动打蛋器打就可以
  • 2.打发后,加入熟蛋黄末,继续搅拌
  • 3.搅拌均匀
  • 4.筛入面粉和淀粉,捏成团
  • 5.成团的片我没拍,直接揪小块,先搓成圆球,再用拇指按扁,周围自然裂开
  • 6.烤箱预热170度,放烤箱中层大约烤20分钟,这时满屋飘香啊!上下火烤制边缘稍黄色就可以啦。
  • 7.就这个色儿
  • 8.模样不太好看啊,但好吃的不得了。因为有熟蛋黄,所以烤好的饼干有很香的蛋黄味。我加的白糖,所以吃起来还有点沙沙的,如果加糖粉就是酥酥的口感啦!
