菠菜当作食疗用于治病,由来已久。《本草纲目》上说,菠菜可以“通血脉,开胸膈,调中气,止饮渴,解酒毒,调肠燥”。中医认为,菠菜味甘冷滑,适用于慢性便秘、痔瘘、高血压、糖尿病、胃肠功能失调、呼吸道和肺部疾病患者。

现代医学认为,菠菜所含的酶能促进胃和胰腺的分泌,增进食欲,有助消化的作用。菠菜所含的类胡萝卜素,可保护视力,降低视网膜退化的危险。菠菜所含的叶绿素具有消除口臭、健美皮肤、预防龋齿等效用,有“绿色精灵”的美誉。

    Steps to make 【上汤菠菜】

    • 1.提前将海米和干贝泡好,我浸泡了约半小时(泡好后可以把干贝撕成小块,我儿子喜欢吃整棵的干贝)。
    • 2.菠菜去根部洗干净。
    • 3.姜蒜切碎,火腿肠切丁。
    • 4.炒锅烧热加入植物油,下姜蒜爆香。
    • 5.加入适量清水,加入海米、干贝、火腿肠,最后加入浓汤宝。
    • 6.水烧开后小火煮2分钟至汤汁粘稠。
    • 7.将菠菜焯水。
    • 8.捞出菠菜控干水分。
    • 9.将已熬制浓稠的汤汁浇在菠菜上面即可。
