椰蓉控不可错过的一款小面包,好吃无添加!
椰香超浓郁的椰蓉辫子小面包,柔软香甜,做法简单,学会了早餐再也不用愁了!两股辫子的造型非常简单,手残党也不用怕,操作零难度,一次就可搞定!

  • 淡奶油35g
  • 牛奶115g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 黄油20g
  • 耐高糖酵母3g
  • 1g
  • 椰蓉95g
  • 黄油50g
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 牛奶10g
  • 奶粉20g
  • 糖粉30g
  • 蔓越莓干少许
  • 杏仁片少许

Steps to make 椰蓉控不可错过的一款小面包,好吃无添加!

  • 1.首先准备好全部的食材。
  • 2.除黄油外的全部食材放入厨师机料理桶内。
  • 3.启动厨师机,低速混合材料,然后一点点提高速度把面团打至粗膜的状态。
  • 4.加入室温软化好黄油,低速让黄油跟面团慢慢融合,再一点点提速打至能扯出较为结实的薄膜。
  • 5.收拢光滑放入发酵盒,发酵至2倍大。
  • 6.面团发酵时,我们来做下椰蓉陷,黄油隔热水融化成液体,加入糖粉、奶粉拌匀,分三次加入蛋液拌匀,再倒入椰蓉拌匀,椰蓉馅就做好了。
  • 7.取出发酵好的面团,简单排气后称重均分成6份,分别收拢滚圆,密封松弛15分钟。
  • 8.取出一块松弛好的面团,轻轻擀成长方形。
  • 9.铺上一层椰蓉馅。
  • 10.自上而下卷起来,卷的时候要紧一点,要不然切的时候就散开了。
  • 11.从中间切开,一分为二,顶部留下一小部分不要切断。
  • 12.左右交叉编成两股的辫子,捏紧两头,放入锡纸盒,送入烤箱设置38度进行二次发酵。
  • 13.当发酵至八九分满时取出,刷上一层全蛋液。
  • 14.再撒上一点蔓越莓干跟杏仁片。
  • 15.然后放入提前预热的烤箱中下层,上火200度下火190度烘烤18分钟左右。
  • 16.烤制完成后直接取出,晾凉后密封保存。
