太忙了,我女儿的成长日志我都没有好好写了,常常写下个标题都丢下了。时间长了都不知道当时的情况了。可是感觉总也挤不出足够用的时间来,如果可以分身多好啊!!
女儿的生活挺有规律,上学的时候我们都知道,天天都规律,假期也很规律,每周看一次电影,写写毛笔字,前段时间又跟我提建议了,要每周给她开一节烹饪课,这对妈妈来说太容易了,已经坚持了好几周了,每周日下午由女儿来定主题,在妈妈的指导下完成一道美食。已经做过的有沙拉,有土豆泥,还有什么,我都忘记了。通常让女儿自己发挥,重在让她自己体验,所以也不追求做成什么样子,只要是女儿自己完成的就好了。生活就是一点点的积累,让孩子多体验,多体悟,快乐的成长吧!
朋友送我一野猪肉,我用最简单的吃法来体验它。
白煮,然后配蒜泥。这是一道经典菜。

  • 1.准备材料 。
  • 2.冷水将肉下锅,加葱姜和料酒,将肉煮上。
  • 3.煮熟出锅。
  • 4.黄瓜用刨皮刀刨成 薄而长的瓜片。
  • 5.黄瓜铺在盘子中摆出造型。
  • 6.煮好的肉放至温凉时切片。将肉片摆在黄瓜上面。
  • 7.大蒜捣成泥。
  • 8.加盐加芝麻渍加生抽,还可以加些辣椒油。拌均匀淋在肉上就好了。
