    Steps to make 荞麦豆沙馅馒头

    • 1.荞麦粉与小麦粉混合在一起,比例是1:1。
    • 2.加适量酵母粉。

    • 4.活成软硬适中的面团放温暖处发酵至两倍大。
    • 5.自制豆沙馅(之前发过做法),提前从冰箱里拿出来。
    • 6.发酵好了,加少许干面粉揉匀排气。
    • 7.分割成六个剂子,依次揉匀,我每个揉50下。
    • 8.按扁,放入一个豆沙馅儿。
    • 9.用虎口收紧。
    • 10.搓圆。
    • 11.依次做好所有的馒头坯子。
    • 12.入锅,二次发酵十五至二十分钟。
    • 13.大火上汽后蒸二十分钟,等二分钟再开锅,防止表面回缩起皱。
    • 14.完美出炉!
