酸奶蛋糕
最近大家都在做酸奶蛋糕,看得我心痒手痒口水不止,也跟风做了个8寸酸奶蛋糕,祝坛子里的姐妹们节日快乐!

这次老公买的鸡蛋个比较大,所以蛋糕涨了好高!

  • 自制酸奶200克
  • 鸡蛋四个
  • 白糖40克
  • 低粉70克
  • 植物油15克

Steps to make 酸奶蛋糕

  • 1.自制酸奶200克、鸡蛋四个、白糖40克、植物油15克、低粉70克,我把油直接放盆里了
  • 2.把酸奶放进小盆里,跟植物油拌匀
  • 3.把蛋黄逐个加入酸奶液里搅拌均匀
  • 4.低粉分三次加入蛋黄蛋里搅拌均匀
  • 5.蛋白里加几滴白醋打到干性发泡
  • 6.先把蛋白的三分之一倒入蛋黄糊中搅拌均匀,再把蛋黄倒进倒白里搅抖均匀,倒入8寸蛋糕糊,在桌子上震出大气泡
  • 7.烤箱最下层烤盘里入热水,倒数第二次烤网上放蛋糕,160度60分钟,刚烤完以后表面有些裂,放冰箱冰藏一夜就好了,这张拍虚了
  • 8.被消灭半个以后
