  • 1.备好所用食材。
  • 2.馅料里我按家里实际的有来备,有蟹黄,鲜肉,香菇,葱 。
  • 3.将馅料入破壁机冷杯,加入适量的细盐料酒及鸡精猪油调味。
  • 4.搅拌至馅料上劲成馅0.
  • 5.如图就是打好的馅料。
  • 6.将糯米粉加温水揉至光滑
  • 7.将拌好的馅料包制在里面。
  • 8.锅里加水煮开,将包好的汤圆入锅。
  • 9.煮至汤圆浮起就可以连汤打在碗里。
  • 10.碗里按个人喜好添加辅料,我加入了紫菜虾皮葱。
  • 11.这样子一份咸的元宵就完成了。
