    • 1.1、如图1把材料准备好。
    • 2.2、用锅烧红倒少许油加入鸡肉。
    • 3.3、炒至鸡肉出水,炒至干出油为止。
    • 4.4、鸡肉炒出油后倒入姜片,翻炒几下。
    • 5.5、倒入猪肚,翻炒,猪肚会出点水,把水炒至干。
    • 6.6、炒干水后,加入2勺料酒。
    • 7.7、炒至完全吸收料酒后,倒入拍碎的胡椒子,翻炒至好香的胡椒味。
    • 8.8、倒入适量的水。
    • 9.9、大火煮开。
    • 10.10、汤开后转用汤锅慢火煲60分钟左右,关火调味即可饮食。
