Steps to make 蔓越莓酸奶芒果冰激凌

  • 1.用料:芒果1个约260克,淡奶油120克,自制无糖酸奶80克,糖30+20克,盐一捏,蔓越莓干30克。
  • 2.芒果去皮,切小块,与酸奶,30克糖一起加入料理机中。
  • 3.搅拌成细腻的泥状,备用。
  • 4.淡奶油加入少许的糖,用打蛋器搅打。
  • 5.打出梯田纹理,倒扣不掉落。
  • 6.加入打好的芒果泥。
  • 7.将芒果泥和淡奶油充分拌匀,继续打发2分钟。
  • 8.到入容器。
  • 9.加入蔓越莓干。盖上盖子,放冰箱冷冻至凝固。
  • 10.取出放室温,稍微回软一些,用勺子挖球。
