新疆味道烤羊排

Steps to make 新疆味道烤羊排

  • 1.羊排清洗干净后沥干水分或是用厨房纸巾擦干水分,然后把一整头洋葱切丝加入羊排里,在加一勺盐。将盐均匀的涂抹在羊排上,用双手揉搓每一根羊排1-2分钟,将盐味搓进肉里!然后将洋葱和羊排装进袋子里,放入冰箱冷藏室里腌制一晚上。
  • 2.准备少许孜然和辣椒粉。
  • 3.将腌制入味的羊排放入烤箱中层烤架上,烤架下面放烤盘接住羊排滴下来的油脂,考盘上可以放一张锡纸为方便清洗烤盘。200度烤10分钟,然后230度在继续烤20分钟左右。
  • 4.将羊排朝下的一面翻上来,230度烤8分钟左右。
  • 5.将羊排取出来,撒少许孜然和辣椒粉。图2里的孜然和辣椒粉撒少许即可,不要全部用完!
  • 6.再将羊排放入烤箱,230度再烤5分钟左右即可出炉!因各家烤箱功率大小不一,烤箱时间和温度仅供参考!建议大家在烤制时间里,每隔几分钟就看一下烤箱里的肉,然后在适当调整烤箱温度为宜!
