红枣玛德琳蛋糕

  • 牛奶10g
  • 草鸡蛋2颗
  • 细砂糖40g
  • 红枣30g
  • 朗姆酒少许

Steps to make 红枣玛德琳蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料,面粉类过筛备用。
  • 2.将红枣切成小粒
  • 3.切好的红枣粒中加入少许朗姆酒。
  • 4.将鸡蛋打入小盆中,加入糖。
  • 5.充分搅拌至完全融合后加入牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 6.加入红枣粒略微搅拌。
  • 7.倒入面粉的混合粉,用硅胶刮刀切拌至无干粉即可。
  • 8.黄油用微波炉低火加热融化,倒入面糊中。
  • 9.刮刀上下翻拌,使黄油和面糊充份融合。放入冰箱冷藏一小时左右。
  • 10.将面糊装入裱花袋中。
  • 11.玛德琳模具提前抹上一层薄薄的黄油,裱花袋剪小口,将面糊小心地挤入模具中,8分满即可。
  • 12.烤箱上下火180度预热5分钟。将模具放入中层烘烤18分钟左右。烤箱温度不一,温度仅供参考。
  • 13.待玛德琳蛋糕烤出圆鼓鼓的小肚子,边缘微微焦黄即可出炉。
  • 14.出炉后略微冷却,倒扣脱模。
  • 15.咬上一口,甜甜的红枣混合在蛋糕的香味中,美味无法阻挡。
