自制黑芝麻馅汤圆
今天自制了黑芝麻馅料,做了黑芝麻馅汤圆,自制汤圆口感软糯、馅料香甜。

  • 糯米粉300g
  • 开水100g(和面用)
  • 凉水100g(和面用)
  • 桂花适量(撒入锅中出锅)
  • 熟黑芝麻150g
  • 熟花生仁40g
  • 白糖80g

Steps to make 自制黑芝麻馅汤圆

  • 1.将黑芝麻与花生炒熟后,用料理机打成粉,再加入白糖、适量猪油、水和成馅料,分成剂子每个9g。
  • 2.糯米粉用100g开水烫一部分,再加入150g凉水搅成面絮,和成面团。
  • 3.面团盖上盖子静置20分钟待用。
  • 4.面团剂子每个14g。
  • 5.将芝麻馅料包入糯米面团中搓圆。
  • 6.将锅中水烧开,下入汤圆煮。
  • 7.煮至汤圆浮起即可,没看时间,不到10分钟,汤圆变大且飘起即熟。
  • 8.撒入干桂花出锅,装入器皿中,汤原口感软糯、芝麻馅香甜。
