Steps to make 油焖大虾

  • 1.青虾十只解冻。
  • 2.开背去线,放入少许盐,白胡椒粉,料酒腌制入味。
  • 3.用刮刀刮出黄瓜片,圣女果对半切开,摆成如图所示。
  • 4.锅内放油烧热,放入青虾煎制。
  • 5.一面金黄色翻过来。
  • 6.另一面也煎成金黄色。
  • 7.放入葱姜末爆香。
  • 8.放入适量番茄沙司,(家里没有番茄酱了)翻炒均匀。
  • 9.加入少许生抽,盐,白糖调味,淋入少许清水焖一会儿至汤汁浓稠即可关火。
  • 10.盛出装盘。
  • 11.很漂亮吧。
  • 12.色彩鲜艳。
  • 13.成品图。
