秋冬的季节,天气渐冷,身体需要肉类和各种食物的全面补充,此时是吃火锅的大好季节。不用担心吃得大汗淋漓,而且还能享受到新鲜肉类和蔬菜带给舌尖上的享受。或荤或素,吃完全身暖和和的。尤其是在北方,在没有暖气来临之季,此时不吃,更待何时?
今天这盆火锅,用料也极为家常,除了几条沙漠土鸡腿外,其余都是常见素菜。但因加了一小盒家乐老母鸡汤,所以整锅都洋溢着鸡汤的鲜气。吃火锅最方便之处是少油、省事,吃完了多多的菜后,再来一盘细面条放进锅中煮,那真是吸足了汤中精华,真是享受至极!

Steps to make 鸡腿杂蔬火锅

  • 1.鸡翅根洗净
  • 2.蟹味菇拆成一根根,洗净
  • 3.炸豆泡准备好
  • 4.香菇切去柄根,伞面上划十字
  • 5.娃娃菜洗净切六块
  • 6.茼蒿洗净
  • 7.鲜藕刮去外皮,洗净,切厚片
  • 8.白萝卜刮去外皮,洗净,切厚片
  • 9.北豆腐切厚片
  • 10.细面条适量准备好
  • 11.家乐浓汤宝老母鸡汤和鸡粉准备好
  • 12.电火锅中放适量清水,开始加热
  • 13.水开后,将鸡翅根倒入
  • 14.再加入一盒家乐老母鸡汤
  • 15.加入一勺家乐鸡粉,再加适量盐同煮
  • 16.将不易成熟的藕片、萝卜片入锅中
  • 17.炸豆泡、香菇、豆腐、蟹味菇同入锅中煮开
  • 18.待这些煮熟后,可加入娃娃菜、茼蒿,略微烫一下,关火
  • 19.好大一锅鲜美的鸡汤火锅,开吃喽
  • 20.好丰富,吃完再接着煮面条噢
