  • 1.食材:鸡蛋5个、低筋面粉120克、葡萄干30克(已淘洗)、绵白糖110克、黄油40克
  • 2.将黄油融化,待用。
  • 3.将鸡蛋打入盆中,加入绵白糖。
  • 4.用电动打蛋器打发、打至打蛋器提起来蛋液慢慢地落下不会马上消失。
  • 5.随后,筛入低筋面粉。
  • 6.用铲子拌匀。
  • 7.接着,搁入淘洗好的葡萄干,加入融化好的黄油。
  • 8.搅拌均匀。
  • 9.然后,将电饭锅的内胆抹好奶油铺上油纸。
  • 10.倒入拌好的面糊。
  • 11.进入电饭锅中盖上盖、插上电源、按好蛋糕功能进行工作。
  • 12.最后,工作完毕跳到保温时。
  • 13.开盖取出。
  • 14.倒扣在架子上晾凉。
  • 15.放在案板上切开,即成。
