  • 1.炸酱面第一部:做好手擀面,之前发表过菜谱!
  • 2.炸酱面第二部:炸酱的制作:肉切丁!
  • 3.葱切碎!
  • 4.调制酱汁:豆瓣酱,黄酱,甜面酱,老抽,糖,水!
  • 5.炒制:先下锅炒肉丁!
  • 6.等肉丁变颜色之后放入葱碎然后倒入调制好的酱汁,大火炒到冒泡之后小火炒三到五分钟!
  • 7.炒好的酱!
  • 8.最后一步煮面:开锅下面条!
  • 9.开锅之后煮两分钟捞入凉水中!
  • 10.黄瓜切丝,胡萝卜切丝,胡萝卜我忘记拍了~
  • 11.然后摆上菜,淋上酱,此为成品图!
