Steps to make 白萝卜鸡蛋水饺

  • 1.白萝卜擦丝加盐腌30分钟。
  • 2.挤出水份。
  • 3.准备高筋粉
  • 4.用腌萝卜出的水和面。
  • 5.一点一点的倒入,我用的白萝卜白萝卜水份较大,出的水较多,如果一次性倒入,面会太湿。所以慢慢倒入。
  • 6.调成絮状。
  • 7.揉成面团。
  • 8.盐好的萝卜剁碎。
  • 9.准备一整根大葱切碎。
  • 10.四个鸡蛋打散。
  • 11.把鸡蛋倒入油锅。(油可以多放一点,鸡蛋炒起来会蓬松。)
  • 12.锅内放入猪油。
  • 13.加入萝卜丝。
  • 14.加入虾皮。
  • 15.加入姜粉、胡椒粉、八角粉、花椒粉。
  • 16.放入葱花。
  • 17.拌匀。
  • 18.加入鸡蛋碎。
  • 19.拌匀备用。
  • 20.面团分剂擀皮。
  • 21.包饺子。
  • 22.三开水煮饺子。装盘。
