  • 1.黄螺清洗干净,每只都是活的,这是中等个头,一斤150元,再小一点的100元,稍微比这个大的一斤200元。靠海海鲜也不便宜啊,就是新鲜。
  • 2.锅里烧点清水,放几片生姜,一勺料酒。
  • 3.倒入黄螺,我是冷水下锅,也可以水开后再倒入焯水。
  • 4.水开马上关火,黄螺的顶盖掉了说明就熟了。
  • 5.捞出装盘。
  • 6.调一个蘸料,倒一勺生抽,半勺香醋,适量姜末。把黄螺肉用牙签挑出来,蘸着姜汁吃。
  • 7.成品。螺肉鲜嫩爽脆,一口一个停不下来,哈哈,贵有贵的道理。
