三月江南游偶遇高人指点,回家等到6月玫瑰季从云南买了滇红食用玫瑰,做一瓶价格不菲的玫瑰酱,剩下就是三个月的等待,9月暑热未消,做起等待多时的玫瑰鲜花饼。口感再无涩味超级美妙。

  • 1.糯米粉炒熟。
  • 2.腌制3个月玫瑰酱。
  • 3.熟糯米粉加入玫瑰酱,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.拌好玫瑰鲜馅,20克一个分份。
  • 5.酥油料活匀分份醒2小时。
  • 6.水油皮料活匀分份醒2小时。
  • 7.水油皮擀皮。
  • 8.包入油酥。
  • 9.包好的油酥醒10分钟。
  • 10.擀成牛舌。
  • 11.从一头向另一头卷起
  • 12.卷好醒10分钟。
  • 13.醒好。
  • 14.擀长。
  • 15.从一头往另一头卷起醒10分钟。
  • 16.卷好醒。
  • 17.醒好从中间折。
  • 18.擀圆包入玫瑰馅。
  • 19.包好做上漂亮印迹,上下火160℃30分钟,再盖锡纸继续烤10分钟。
  • 20.出锅晾凉。
  • 21.切开。
  • 22.完美。
