第一次烤海蛎子~如果说煮的只是鲜,那么烤的比煮的多了份香,加了蒜、葱、胡椒粉,口感更丰富

Steps to make 蒜烤海蛎子(烤箱)

  • 1.蒜、葱花、姜剁成末
  • 2.海蛎子去壳,把肉洗净,放入葱花、姜末、蒜蓉、酱油、鸡精、十三香、料酒淹制片刻
  • 3.海蛎子壳洗净,放铺锡纸的烤盘
  • 4. 在壳里放入淹制好的海蛎肉
  • 5.在海蛎肉上撒胡椒粉及蒜末。入烤箱200度,中层,上下火,15分钟(具体时间视个人烤箱情况而定,我烤箱温度偏低)取出撒上葱花即可。
