今天家里没有肉了,炒菜素炒我又不爱吃,于是用了培根炒的香菇油菜,味道也不错嘿嘿。香菇是具有高蛋白、低脂肪、多糖、多种氨基酸和多种维生素的菌类食物,多吃一些对人体健康有利。

  • 九三玉米胚芽油15ml
  • 葱姜10g
  • 2g
  • 生抽10ml

Steps to make 培根香菇油菜

  • 1.准备好食材:油菜、鲜香菇、生抽、培根、葱姜、盐、九三玉米胚芽油。
  • 2.首先将香菇油菜洗干净,香菇切厚片、培根切片、葱姜切碎备用。
  • 3.切好的香菇用开水焯烫一分钟捞出来控干水分。
  • 4.炒锅烧热加入九三玉米胚芽油,油热下培根片翻炒。
  • 5.待培根边缘抽抽了就下入葱姜爆香。
  • 6.下入油菜翻炒
  • 7.油菜炒蔫了就下入控干水分的香菇片继续翻炒。
  • 8.加入适量盐
  • 9.再加入适量生抽
  • 10.翻炒均匀即可出锅。
