金枪鱼塔塔
这道菜应该用刺身级鲜金枪鱼做,我没买到,另外对生鱼有心理障碍,所以用金枪鱼罐头做的,特此说明一下。喜欢吃刺身的朋友最好用鲜金枪鱼做。

Steps to make 金枪鱼塔塔

  • 1.所需主要材料:金枪鱼、甜椒、牛油果、酸黄瓜、capers、橄榄油、白胡椒、黑胡椒、蜂蜜。
  • 2.甜椒切碎。
  • 3.酸黄瓜切碎。
  • 4.capers切碎(capersTB可搜索,中文名真记不住。)
  • 5.小葱切碎,都放入金枪鱼中。
  • 6.调味:盐少许。
  • 7.白胡椒少许。
  • 8.蜂蜜一小勺。
  • 9.柠檬汁半个,拌匀备用。
  • 10.牛油果切小粒。
  • 11.加入盐适量。
  • 12.黑椒适量,拌匀。
  • 13.把塔塔模放盘子上,把牛油果装在塔塔模底部,用小勺铺平。
  • 14.把金枪鱼放上面铺平,用塔塔模推板压实。
  • 15.小心脱模。
  • 16.用香菜或者花草装饰,完成。
