滚滚大元宵
今天是元宵节,先祝大家元宵节快乐,我们北方正月十五吃的是元宵,虽然近年来有被汤圆占领位置的趋势,但元宵还是坚持着做自己,继续滚啊滚,哈哈~也还有很多北方人依然钟情于滚出来的元宵,比如我这次的元宵制作方法还是比较传统的滚啊滚,只是馅料选用的比较特别~馅料之所以特别除了有黑芝麻、白芝麻等,另外增加了红枣碎、核桃仁和熟糕粉,嘻嘻是不是很特别的馅料。

  • 芝麻粉15g
  • 黑芝麻10g
  • 花生碎20g
  • 糖粉25g
  • 熟糕粉30g
  • 白芝麻10g
  • 核桃仁20g
  • 红枣碎20g
  • 开水50ml

Steps to make 滚滚大元宵

  • 1.食材大集合。
  • 2.将馅料称在一起。
  • 3.将烧开的废水倒去馅料中。
  • 4.搅拌均匀。
  • 5.平均分割馅料。
  • 6.倒入糯米粉中进行滚动吧!
  • 7.过筛子,筛出馅料表面多余的糯米粉
  • 8.蜻蜓点水似得沾下水。
  • 9.在进入糯米粉中进行再次的滚滚,反复五六次的滚动,直到元宵变为以前的两倍大即可。
  • 10.滚好的大大元宵。
  • 11.香糯美味的元宵煮好了,开吃吧!皮薄馅多哦!
