  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.海鲶鱼去鳃去肚洗净,切段,撒些盐,揉去粘液,
  • 3.用清水洗净,
  • 4.在鱼里磕入一个鸡蛋,搅拌匀.
  • 5.锅里油热,放入鱼段
  • 6.煎至蛋液凝固,盛出.
  • 7.取砂锅,放入海鲶鱼,
  • 8.加适量水,放入姜,葱,料酒
  • 9.大火煮开,中小火炖20分钟.
  • 10.秀珍菇漂净,放入开水焯一下捞出.
  • 11.把秀珍菇放入砂锅,煮8分钟左右。
  • 12.撒些盐,胡椒粉煮开。
  • 13.撒些葱花即可。
