糖水馄饨
北方爱吃饺子,上海人爱吃馄饨!我家诺宝就是不择不扣的馄饨控。小妮子饭量不大,但是每次只要是吃馄饨,她总能呼噜呼噜的吃上一碗,所以我们家吃馄饨的频率还是蛮高的。这快要到元宵节了,包完了汤圆我顺带就又包了馄饨,不料包汤圆盛了些芝麻和豆沙馅,包馄饨又剩了些馄饨皮,于是突发奇想拿这个两样结合一下,成就了这碗甜馄饨。

    馄饨的馅现在也是各式各样,什么菜肉的、虾仁的、咸蛋黄的很多口味,但都是咸口的,甜的馄饨外面我是没见有的卖的。这次算是来个创新了,喜欢吃甜口的童鞋可以尝试一下哦,相信味道不会让你失望的。   
    我这次包的馄饨是也是迷你型的,一口一个是诺宝最爱了,加上莲子银耳羹和水果,甜蜜蜜的馄饨新吃法。

    Steps to make 糖水馄饨

    • 1.1、材料准备:馅料和馄饨皮我都买的现成的;
    • 2.2、馄饨皮整齐叠起,如图横竖两刀一切为四;
    • 3.3、加入少量的馅料;
    • 4.4、包好迷你小馄饨,芝麻馅的粘紧些,煮的时候容易露馅;
    • 5.5、提前煮好莲子银耳羹,菠萝盐水浸泡后切小丁;莲子银耳羹(做法详见:http://home.meishichina.com/space-1402311-do-blog-id-423899.html)
    • 6.6、甜羹和水果一起入锅稍煮一下,糖水汤底完成;
    • 7.7、锅中烧开水,放入迷你馄饨煮熟;
    • 8.8、捞到糖水羹中,糖水馄饨完成.
