回忆还记得 ~~ 来碗乌冬面@@黑椒猪肉炒乌冬面
乌冬面是最具日本特色的面条之一。
在日本,乌冬面是居家必备之品面了。
也是日本料理店不可或缺的主角。
我喜欢吃黑胡椒炒乌冬面。
记得在N年前在一家餐厅,
第一次吃黑胡椒炒乌冬面,
就爱上这个味道。那时候就常去吃。
不就后,那家店面也搬迁不知哪了。
也去过不一样的餐厅吃,都做的不好吃。

    Steps to make 回忆还记得 ~~ 来碗乌冬面@@黑椒猪肉炒乌冬面

    • 1.备好材料。
    • 2.将乌冬面拆包后用清水冲净,使面条松散开来。
    • 3.取一锅水煮滚下乌冬面,即捞起沥干备用。
    • 4.将所有材料切好,用腌肉材料将猪肉拌匀,放置腌制10分钟。
    • 5.另取锅烧热,锅中放少许油烧热,倒入包菜丝翻炒片刻,盛起。
    • 6.原锅放少许油下猪肉片大火翻炒至断生,再下鱼圆及香肠丝翻炒一会,盛起。备用。
    • 7.洗净锅,再放入2大匙油,油热后,放入洋葱块及蒜蓉炒出香味。
    • 8.加入拍碎胡椒粒炒一下。
    • 9.再加入黑椒酱汁料,用中小火煮至酱汁浓稠。
    • 10.转大火,再倒入乌冬面翻炒。
    • 11.加入少量生抽炒至均匀上色。用中火翻炒约2分钟。
    • 12.加入炒熟的肉丝和青菜,迅速翻炒至全部裹上酱汁。
    • 13.最后放上红辣椒,青葱段及香菜拌均。
    • 14.再撒上适量黑胡椒粉在面上捞均装盘即可 。或者要吃前再撒黑胡椒粉也可以。
    • 15.回忆还记得 ~~ 来碗乌冬面。
