鲜蔬豆腐麻辣烫火锅
今天做的这道蔬菜豆腐麻辣汤火锅吃得非常过瘾哪!蔬菜是由新苑阳光农业有限公司提供的新鲜蔬菜,里面还有好几种从来没见过更没吃过的特种蔬菜。为了不估计这美味,我特意上网上搜了一下这些菜的营养价值及功效。此道火锅用了四种新侬牌蔬菜——冰草、甜菜、油麦菜、生菜。后两种是我们常吃常见的蔬菜,生吃熟吃均可。现只将前两种美丽的蔬菜做一翻介绍噢!
冰草富含有天然的植物盐、氨基酸、胡萝卜素等物质,食用后既解渴又补充营养盐分,是一种高营养价值的蔬菜。全身长满了小水珠,宛如冰珠沾在身上,故得名。冰草入口即化,鲜嫩无比。
甜菜俗称红甜菜。根和叶为紫红色,因此也称火焰菜。块根可食用。类似大萝卜,生吃略甜,可作为配菜点缀在凉拌菜中,或作为雕刻菜的原料,颜色非常鲜艳;叶子既可以生吃食用,也可做汤类菜。
考虑到都是蔬菜,味道会寡淡些,我又放了豆腐和卤牛肉,这两种都是优质的植物和动物蛋白质;我又放了一些麻辣烫的调料,这样在口感上更加丰富了些。

  • 2.蔬菜品种好多啦,独立包装,贴着上架日期,好新鲜呢!绿的绿,红的红,真诱人!
  • 3.冰草清洗干净,看,上面的小冰珠闪烁着迷人的光泽,如此娇嬾,让人心生欢喜
  • 4.甜菜、油麦菜清洗干净, 甜菜紫红色,杆子宛如红宝石般发出迷人的光泽
  • 5.生菜清洗干净
  • 6.生菜手撕成小片,油麦菜切成段
  • 7.甜菜切段,冰草分成小段
  • 8.豆腐切大片,卤牛肉切片
  • 9.COOK壹佰浓香麻辣烫调料取适量,入砂锅中
  • 10.入清水,约锅中8分满
  • 11.小火煮开后,下入豆腐片、牛肉片
  • 12.依次下入各类蔬菜
  • 13.最后入最好鲜嫩的冰草,关火
  • 14.这一锅没有额外的油脂,还有着麻辣烫的鲜香,更有着新侬蔬菜的清香与清新
  • 15.看,冰草生吃都可以,在麻辣烫汤中一蘸,更增加了别样的味道
