    • 1.花菜洗净,控水。
    • 2.把花菜劈成小朵。
    • 3.生姜、小葱,红尖椒洗净。
    • 4.小葱切长段、大蒜切片、生姜切丝,红尖椒切斜段。
    • 5.炒锅里倒入油,油热后放入生姜丝、大蒜片,红尖椒段炒香。
    • 6.炒至蒜片微黄时放入1/4汤匙孜然粒,小火炒出香味。
    • 7.倒入花菜小葱段,小火翻炒。
    • 8.炒至花菜变色软榻,调入精盐。
