Steps to make 核仁葡萄干全麦面包棍

  • 1.除了黄油以外的材料全部放入面包机中,启动一个和面程序,约20分钟,静置20分钟;

  • 3. 搅拌好的面团放入盆中,盖上保鲜膜, 冷藏发酵到2.5-3倍大;
  • 4. 发好的面团拍气后分割成三小份团成圆形,饧上15分钟,饧好的面团擀成扁长条;
  • 5. 再长条片上放上核桃仁和朗姆酒泡过的葡萄干;
  • 6. 再卷下来, 将连接处按压收紧;
  • 7.将整理成长棍的面包放在饧发的模具上,表面喷些水;
  • 8. 放入烤箱中,启动烤箱的发酵程序; 9. 约40分钟过后, 面包的第二次发酵就完成了, 在面包表面斜划几刀;
