    • 1.原料大集合。
    • 2.豆类(饭豆、红小豆)、花生、莲子洗净。
    • 3.倒入电压力锅里,加水,浸泡一夜。
    • 4.这是第二天早上泡好的样子,食材都已泡发变大。
    • 5.米类(糯米、黑米、燕麦米)淘洗干净。
    • 6.倒入压力锅。
    • 7.加桂圆干。
    • 8.我选择的“煮粥”程序,口感选的“浓郁”。等到程序运行完毕,自动泄压即可。
    • 9.这是煮好的粥。
    • 10.根据个人喜好,趁热添加糖,白糖、红糖、冰糖都行哈。我家孩子喜欢吃红糖,我给他加的红糖。
    • 11.这是红糖搅拌融化后的样子,孩子尝了说好喝。着急上课,急急喝了两碗走了,说下课回来再喝。
    • 12.这是没加糖的,很软糯。我不爱吃加糖的粥,因为有桂圆,粥本身就带着淡淡的甜味。
