果仁巧克力
买了点纯巧克力,吃起来格外腻人。于是我将巧克力融化后加了果仁,这下不仅分量增加一倍,自家人更喜欢这个味道了,而且每吃一块也没有原先的一块热量大了,宝宝对这加了果仁的巧克力也是赞不绝口,不过还好,她比我能克制,怕长胖的她每次都只吃一点点。
本想做个好看的图案的,用了饼干模具,再往模具里挤的时候没及时整理平整,等全部挤完再来整理时发现已经干了,懒得重新弄了,就凑合这样吧,亲们如果想做形状,一定要立马整理平整哟,我做的造型不好看,大家忽略吧,嘻嘻......

Steps to make 果仁巧克力

  • 1.准备好原材料
  • 2.花生放入预热的烤盘中层,上下火,120度,烤10分钟左右。(我顺便多烤了一点另作他用)
  • 3.将黑巧克力装入保鲜袋
  • 4.放入热水里隔水融化
  • 5.烤好的花生去皮,杏仁也尽量去皮
  • 6.将花生仁和杏仁切成碎末
  • 7.将花生和杏仁碎末倒入融化的巧克力里,混合均匀
  • 8.挤到饼干模具里
  • 9.干后脱模,用融化的白巧克力装饰一下
  • 10.做好的成品
