  • 高筋面粉132克
  • 低筋面粉33克
  • 酵母2.5ml
  • 橄榄油10ml
  • 95克
  • 番茄1个
  • 蒜瓣2个
  • 洋葱10克
  • 黑胡椒粉1匙
  • 牛至叶1匙
  • 罗勒叶1/2匙
  • 黄油10克
  • 金枪鱼罐头1个
  • 火腿肠2条
  • 马苏里拉芝士150克
  • 彩椒1个
  • 2匙
  • 1/2匙

Steps to make 金枪鱼火腿披萨9寸

  • 1.把高精面粉,低筋面粉,油,水,盐一勺糖半勺,酵母粉混合揉匀,置26度烤箱中发酵一小时,酵母粉最好用热水冲开,发酵好的面团揉匀挤出空气,擀成坯子放入烤盘,芝士刨成丝,火腿切片,金枪鱼捣碎备用
  • 2.平底锅内放入黄油化开,放入蒜末,洋葱丁炒香,放入烫好去皮切成丁的西红柿,放入盐,罗勒叶,牛至叶,黑胡椒粉,盖上锅盖,小火煮20分钟,开盖,炒干,备用,这就是披萨酱
  • 3.烤盘中的披萨胚用叉子戳成一排排的洞,,刷上披萨酱,撒一层芝士
  • 4.铺上满满一层金枪鱼肉,撒一层芝士,铺上一层青椒彩椒粒,撒一层芝士
  • 5.最后火腿片铺上,可以刨些火腿丝铺上空白地方
  • 6.放入上下火200度预热好的烤箱,10分钟后取出,撒上剩余的芝士,再入烤箱烤6分钟
  • 7.香味四溢的披萨就出炉啦
  • 8.有芝士粉的可以撒上芝士粉,更加好吃哦
