  • 1.鸡蛋加糖打散
  • 2.加入隔水加热后的液体黄油
  • 3.面粉和黑芝麻加进去
  • 4.搅拌成可流动的面糊,太稠了不可以,如果室温低可以把面糊放热水盘里,防止面糊变稠
  • 5.舀一勺面糊
  • 6.手持锅把把面糊转薄,越薄越好
  • 7.开小火,看到周边变黄
  • 8.翻面,两面同样焦黄色才行
  • 9.放到案板上,用一只筷子快速卷起定型,有点儿烫手哦,不烫手就卷不起了,怕烫带手套吧,制作下一个时一定要锅凉了再进行。
