Steps to make 辣白菜炒年糕

  • 1.准备材料:辣白菜切小块。
  • 2.五花肉切片,葱姜切碎。
  • 3.年糕用水泡一下把粘在一起的分离开来。
  • 4.锅里放少许油,油热后放五花肉煸炒至金黄色,加入葱姜煸香。
  • 5.加入辣白菜炒片刻至软。
  • 6.加适量酱油翻炒,加入水(稍后能没过原料的量)
  • 7.加入年糕,尝一下口味,淡的话加适量的盐。
  • 8.水快收干加鸡精关火,即可食用。
