  • 1.小鲅鱼去头 内脏 处理干净 放少许盐料酒腌制

  • 3.搅拌好的酱汁 待用
  • 4.再准备 芝麻 葱 红辣椒碎 香菜
  • 5.热油放腌制好的鲅鱼煎制两面金黄色
  • 6.煎制好的鲅鱼铺盘底
  • 7.热油放芝麻炸制
  • 8.再倒入先前准备好的酱料大火熬制浓稠
  • 9.直接浇在鱼身上即可
