  • 1.把帝王蟹解冻。
  • 2.把帝王蟹的身体和腿分开。
  • 3.把帝王蟹的身子放进蒸锅蒸20分钟。
  • 4.把蟹腿切成段,用剪刀剪开。
  • 5.排在烤盘里面。
  • 6.撒上芝士碎
  • 7.送进烤箱,190度上下火烤18分钟。
  • 8.取出来。
  • 9.蒸锅里的螃蟹身子也蒸好了。
  • 10.把螃蟹身子和螃蟹腿拼在一起,装盘就可以吃啦。
