蜜汁猪肉脯
猪肉脯,今年一直是自己做,不停的改良,几次做下来,味道感觉已经可以跟外面的PK了。

  • 猪里脊肉350克
  • 白糖3勺
  • 蜂蜜2勺
  • 鱼露1勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 老抽1勺

Steps to make 蜜汁猪肉脯

  • 1.里脊肉去掉白色的筋膜。
  • 2.切成小片。
  • 3.剁成肉泥。
  • 4.加盐、白糖、黑胡椒粉搅拌均匀,加料酒、生抽、老抽、鱼露搅拌上劲。
  • 5.烤盘铺上锡纸,用手在上面划出边沿的印子,在锡纸上刷一层油后取出。
  • 6.把肉馅倒在锡纸上,在肉馅上盖一层保鲜膜。
  • 7.用手拍均匀后用擀面杖擀成厚簿均匀的片,移进烤盘,揭开保鲜膜。
  • 8.蜂蜜加几滴水调匀,刷在上面 ,撒适量白芝麻。
  • 9.烤箱预热180度,中层,上下火烤20分钟。
  • 10.取出倒扣在烤网上,在这一面上也刷一层蜂蜜水,撒适量白芝麻。
  • 11.继续烤15-18分钟左右,第二次烤的时候温度可以稍微调低5-10度。
  • 12.取出放凉。
  • 13.切片食用。
