鸡肉馄饨
从婆婆家回来带了一些自家种的蔬菜和鸡肉。儿子捧着南瓜说想吃南瓜了,于是就蒸了一半的南瓜,吃剩下两块南瓜就拿来和面了。鸡胸脯肉比较瘦,单用鸡肉做馅儿吃起来会比较柴,加点肥猪肉馅会更香。我包的馄饨个头有点大,自家包的就喜欢这皮薄大馅的,吃起来也过瘾。

Steps to make 鸡肉馄饨

  • 1.面粉中加入南瓜泥和清水和成面团,放一旁静止
  • 2.将鸡肉和猪肉(偏肥)剁成肉泥
  • 3.葱姜切末,葱要多些,吃起来更好吃
  • 4.将花椒粉、料酒、酱油、盐、鸡精、葱姜末与肉馅充分搅匀
  • 5.再倒入油搅匀
  • 6.面团再次揉光滑,用擀面杖擀成薄面皮
  • 7.用刀划开
  • 8.再切成菱形块
  • 9.取一面皮,放入馅
  • 10.对折捏边,再将下面的两角往中间捏合,形成个圆形的小肚
  • 11.包好的馄饨
  • 12.锅中水烧开煮馄饨,两到三开就可以了
  • 13.碗中放入蒜末、酱油和醋搅匀
  • 14.盛入馄饨,撒上葱末即可
