  • 1.各种调料。料酒要选好的,千万别贪便宜买袋装的,大多是勾兑的。
  • 2.猪蹄选排过酸的冷鲜肉,泡水洗净。
  • 3.热锅凉油放冰糖,改小火至完全溶化。
  • 4.放入猪蹄,翻炒至颜色变红,锅沿加料酒,加生抽老抽着色。
  • 5.加入其余调料、热水,大火烧开。
  • 6.转转入砂锅,炖一个半小时。
  • 7.复倒入炒锅,大火收汁。
  • 8.盛出,撒上葱花,上菜喽!
