  • 1.食材:淡奶油、牛奶、红豆沙、绵白糖。
  • 2.在保鲜盒里倒入125克淡奶油和150克红豆沙。
  • 3.用电动打蛋器高速打发开。
  • 4.接着,加入绵白糖。
  • 5.加入牛奶。
  • 6.用电动打蛋器低速打匀。
  • 7.然后,盖上盖、把冰激凌乳液置入冰箱冷冻室中。
  • 8.1个小时后表面形成冰层,取出、搅拌一次,再冻。
  • 9.最后,再过1个小时后再一次搅拌。
  • 10.待冰激凌内部全部冻上,即成。
