平时宝宝是否吃惯了干巴巴的饼干,各种添加剂,妈妈一点都不放心?其实做饼干很简单,原材料也都是家里常用的,今天小骨加了两个紫薯,真的又营养吃着又放心。天气越爱越好,你带上娃,娃带上饼干,一起去郊游吧~

  • 紫薯2个
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 糖粉20 g

Steps to make 紫薯饼干

  • 1.准备食材:黄油 55 g、低筋面粉 120 g、紫薯 2个(图片大小)、蛋黄 1个、糖粉 20 g。
  • 2. 紫薯去皮切块。
  • 3.放入辅食机中,蒸20分钟;PS:如果没有辅食机,用蒸锅也是一样的。
  • 4.把蒸好后的紫薯倒入搅拌机中,加一丢丢的清水,搅拌。
  • 5.搅拌成下图细腻的泥糊状。
  • 6. 黄油室温软化到用手指能很轻松就捅出一个坑的时候,加入糖粉。
  • 7. 用电动打蛋器打发,打发至颜色稍稍发白即可。
  • 8.加入一个蛋黄,继续搅打均匀。
  • 9.筛入低筋面粉;PS:过筛后会更加容易拌匀,面团也会更细腻哦。
  • 10.一点一点揉成一个紫薯面团,用保鲜袋包好放入冰箱冷藏15分钟;PS:冷藏后的的面团后期会更加容易定型。
  • 11.冷藏后的面团擀成3~5毫米厚度的面片,用刀或者模具切成喜欢的造型。
  • 12.用小叉子在上面扎几排小孔,同时烤箱预热170度。
  • 13.烤盘上铺硅油纸,把饼干铺在烤盘上。
  • 14.烤箱预热好后放入烤盘,170度烤制15分钟。
  • 15.叮~饼干出炉喽~等冷却到室温密封保存即可,不过也要尽量在3天内吃完哦。
