牛油果汉堡
说到汉堡,大家总会想着牛排的,鸡排的,肉排的,这一次做女儿喜欢的牛油果,加个鸡蛋, 放上芝士片,就OK了,清香味美,再配上牛奶或是豆浆,简单营养的早餐好了。
面包食材:面包粉260克、牛奶140ML、水30ML、鸡蛋液20克、发酵粉4克、绵白糖15克、盐3克、黄油20克、白芝麻适量

汉堡包食材:餐包1个、牛油果1个、熟鸡蛋1个、芝士片1片、沙拉酱适量

Steps to make 牛油果汉堡

  • 1.按面包机使用方法,先液体后固体食材,加牛奶和水,后放面包粉,糖盐对角放,面粉中间放发酵粉盖上。启动面包机和面程序。水可以预留5至10ML左右。面粉吸收情况不同而添加减。
  • 2.面包机和面15分钟,加入软化的黄油。继续和面20分钟。和至面团光滑有泽度并有一定延展性。餐包不一定要拉出手套膜,口感也不错的。
  • 3.面团收圆后,盖上保鲜膜,发酵至2倍大,手指沾面粉,扎洞洞不回缩即可。
  • 4.面团取出排气,分7等份。收圆,盖上醒发10分钟。面团在手掌中,五指朝下,面团在案板上打圈即可收圆了。
  • 5.取小面团再次压扁收圆,沾湿表面,沾上一层芝麻。放烤盘上,二次发酵为2倍大。现在天热,直接放烤箱,不用开发酵档也能发酵。
  • 6.烤箱180度预热,入烤箱烤制20分钟。温度与时间,以自家烤箱为准。
  • 7.备好熟鸡蛋,牛油果,芝士片,生菜。一个餐包一个鸡蛋,一片芝士片。
  • 8.烤好的面包,凉后可以做汉堡包了。中间切开,挤上沙拉酱,放上芝士片,牛油果、鸡蛋,生菜即可。
  • 9.可以吃啦。
