  • 水怡(材料B)5克
  • 牛奶(材料B)36克
  • 黄油(材料B)23克

  • 1.称量好所有原料,原料B混合后隔水加热,室温放置
  • 2.蛋白、蛋黄分离,蛋白分三次加入糖粉电动打蛋器打至硬性发泡
  • 3.蛋黄放入蛋白中,电动打蛋器搅打1分钟
  • 4.手动打蛋器再搅打40秒左右
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉,拌匀
  • 6.倒入原料B,拌匀,蛋糊呈现光滑、均匀、细腻状态。
  • 7.将蛋糕糊倒入放了纸杯的模具中。
  • 8.入预热好的烤箱,上下火 中层 160度 30分钟左右。
  • 9.烤好的蛋糕晾凉。
  • 10.用翻糖做出喜欢的小花。
  • 11.奶油霜装入裱花袋。
  • 12.挤在蛋糕上。
  • 13.用做好的翻糖小花装饰。
  • 14.冰箱冷藏食用效果更佳。
