  • 1.毛豆加盐泡水,揉搓几下,静置20分钟,加水,八角桂皮,几滴油,放入锅中。

  • 3.热锅凉油,油加热六七成,下葱姜小火煸炒出香味,加两勺糖,干辣椒继续煸炒两下。
