手抓饼版杏仁千层酥
之前买了一袋手抓饼,还剩几个,今天拿来做了千层酥,真的很简单哦。过年自己做点小零食吃吃。做了两盘,第一盘是四张饼叠一起的,太厚了,不容易烤透。第二次是两张饼,但是蛋液刷多了点,表面太焦。口感很酥脆,甜中带有一点饼本身的咸味,不会那么腻。

Steps to make 手抓饼版杏仁千层酥

  • 1.鸡蛋磕碗里,打散搅匀。
  • 2.案板上撒一点面粉,然后铺一张手抓饼。手抓饼不需要解冻,软了就不好操作。
  • 3.刷一层蛋液。
  • 4.撒一点砂糖和杏仁片,不要放太多。粗砂糖口感比细砂糖口感好。
  • 5.盖上一张手抓饼,轻轻压一下。
  • 6.再刷蛋液,撒砂糖和杏仁片。
  • 7.切成合适大小。
  • 8.将切好的片排在烤盘上。烤箱提前180度预热10分钟。
  • 9.180度烤15-20分钟,注意观察,手抓饼会出油,当表面比较焦,油只剩一点时及时取出烤盘。我就是多烤了几分钟,就烤焦了。
