早餐粥的华丽吃法---椰香黑米水果粥
天气转冷,早餐食谱中粥的出现频率越来越多了,煮一锅热乎乎的粥吃到浑身暖暖的出门特舒服,这阵子喜欢上了用高压锅煮粥,小米粥,杂粮粥换着没少吃,尤其要推荐一下前几天早餐煮的这款椰香黑米水果粥,黑米本身特有的清香,配着椰浆芒果还有猕猴桃拌起来,多种香味的汇合味道棒极了软糯香甜,有一种热带风情甜品的感觉。

我家的杂粮柜里瓶瓶罐缸很多,黑米算是常备之一,煮饭煮粥时都喜欢加一点进去,黑米的味道清香,营养也很丰富,百度来的小知识:

黑米为米中珍品,素有“贡米”、“药米”、“长寿米”之美誉,具有特殊的营养价值。现代分析表明:黑米的营养成分非常丰富,亦称黑贡米,西汉“丝绸之路”开拓者张骞发现这种奇米,把它献给汉武帝,汉王食后赞曰“神米”,从此被历代皇帝所享用,故以黑贡米久负盛名。黑米的营养价值和药用价值都比较高,在《本草纲目》中记载:有滋阴补肾、健脾暖肝、明目活血的功效。用它入药,对头昏、贫血、白发、眼疾等疗效甚佳。

Steps to make 早餐粥的华丽吃法---椰香黑米水果粥

  • 1.黑米与大米等量提前一晚泡好。
  • 2.芒果去皮去核切成小丁,猕猴桃也切小丁(忘拍了)
  • 3.压力锅内加入水倒入泡好的黑米。
  • 4.将芒果核也倒入锅中一起煮。
  • 5.大火烧开上气后,转小火压20分钟。
  • 6.自然泄气后打开锅盖加入白糖,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.黑米粥盛于碗中。
  • 8.先浇上二大勺的椰浆。
  • 9.再将切好的芒果猕猴桃放上即可。
