樱桃酒味布丁
苏宁易购提供的天宝樱桃试用,三斤的樱桃,让我不得不考虑做些有意思的专题。属于无心插柳的得意之作,火红色的一大块布丁,里面装满了分量十足的天宝樱桃。用了高度数的伏特加,用白糖和柠檬汁调味。无论是成品和味道,我个人都觉得很赞。

Steps to make 樱桃酒味布丁

  • 1.材料备齐。
  • 2.樱桃去柄用小刀切开拧一下成两半,去核。
  • 3.明胶片用较多的冷水泡软。
  • 4.锅中倒入伏特加和柠檬汁,加白糖小火煮。
  • 5.放入沥去水分的明胶片。
  • 6.小火煮开后关火。
  • 7.在模具里倒入5mm深的酒味明胶液。
  • 8.将樱桃整齐的排列进去,放冰箱冷却凝固。
  • 9.第一层凝固后再排入一层樱桃再冷藏凝固,这个步骤重复进行至把模具填满。剩余的明胶液又加了些整樱桃和薄荷叶一起放冰箱冷藏。
  • 10.放进冰箱冷藏约3个小时以上取出,用刀贴边取出果冻切块即可。
