香葱肉松面包卷

  • 酵母4g
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 奶粉7g
  • 黄油22g

Steps to make 香葱肉松面包卷

  • 1.称好面粉
  • 2.除黄油外所有材料放进面包机中,启动和面程序,阿紫开始干活了,声音很小,很安静的小姑娘
  • 3.加入黄油再继续揉面直到拉出筋膜
  • 4.和好的面团放温暖处发酵
  • 5.发酵到两倍大
  • 6.烤盘放吸油纸,把面团按入烤盘中
  • 7.刷一层鸡蛋液(一个鸡蛋放进面团里25克,剩余蛋液用来刷面包表面正好)
  • 8.撒一层香葱
  • 9.一层白芝麻
  • 10.面包机预热180度,烤制15分钟左右
  • 11.烤好的面包在没涂鸡蛋液的一面抹上千岛酱,撒上自己做的肉松,卷起来,用油纸包好,定型30分钟
  • 12.打开油纸,切成段,两端涂千岛酱,并沾满肉松即可
  • 13.成品,是不是很有食欲呢
  • 14.早餐吃它很棒的
