栗子烧鸡块
栗子性味甘温,有养胃、健脾、补肾、壮腰、强筋、活血、止血和消肿等功效,适用于肾虚所致的腰膝酸软、腰脚不遂、小便多和脾胃虚寒引起的慢性腹泻及外伤骨折、淤血肿痛、皮肤生疮和筋骨痛等症。

每100克含蛋白质5.7克,脂肪2克,碳水化合物40~45克,淀粉25克。生栗子维生素的含量可高达40~60毫克,熟栗子维生素的含量约25毫克。栗子另含有钙、磷、铁、钾等无机盐及胡萝卜素、B族维生素等多种成分。

  • 1.原材料
  • 2.栗子洗净切一条口
  • 3.放入开水中煮几分钟,然后焖几分钟,一定要盖上盖子焖哟,我这次就是着急没焖很难剥的
  • 4.琵琶腿斩成小块
  • 5.将葱姜蒜末、少许生抽、适量盐放入鸡块里,抓匀,腌制半小时
  • 6.将栗子剥出来后用手掰成两瓣
  • 7.锅内放适量油,爆香干辣椒和干花椒,然后去掉辣椒和花椒不要
  • 8.放入鸡块慢慢煸炒,逼出油
  • 9.鸡块起锅待用,锅内留底油,放入少许番茄酱炒香
  • 10.加入鸡块、栗子翻炒均匀,注意鸡块里的油别倒入
  • 11.加入淹没过鸡块栗子的高汤,没有高汤就加开水,中火煮至栗子熟烂
  • 12.大火收汁,放入蚝油,调盐入味,因为腌制时放了盐,一定要先尝尝
