  • 1.将买回的泡菜坛洗净晾干,注意不要沾到油和生水。
  • 2.将食材洗净晾干。
  • 3.将食材切成适当的大小,建议不要太小,这样不好捞出。
  • 4.将所有食材放入坛中。
  • 5.加入食盐、白酒、凉白开。
  • 6.加入白酒适量。
  • 7.坛口加水密封泡菜坛,等上20天就可以吃啦!还有就是喜欢酸点的话就少放些盐,腌制的时间稍长些。喜欢咸的,盐放多点,腌制时间就短了。个人推荐盐少点好吃嘿嘿。
  • 8.在等的过程中,坛子天天会冒泡泡哦,那是在发酵呢,没有关系的。如果不冒泡也许坛子就漏了,要检查一下啊。注意,泡菜不能沾油会起白毛的,见到白毛可以适当加些白酒来缓解。
